Social Media Specialist 🔥


The Social Media Specialist is responsible for creating, maintaining, and growing the brands presence in social media by executing strategies and tactics that create engagement, build brands, and drive multi-platform traffic & sales. Specialist will have a strong focus on project management, attention to detail for creative and copy, and equally the ability to critically evaluate metrics. Elevated ability to work with partners in a role that is stakeholder facing. This role is also responsible for assisting the Social Media Strategist in paid social campaign activations across Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, Twitter and TikTok.

Organic Social Media Management

  • Responsible for the planning & execution of social media organic content calendars across our various brands.
  • Build strong relationships between internal and external partners through consistent collaboration to ensure content that is developed follows best practices, latest trends and social voice.
  • Manage all content projects to ensure streamlined workflow between social and internal departments and external partners
  • Attend events (as needed) for the purpose of posting real-time content to social media platforms.
  • Develop and manage an optimal posting schedule and schedule all content

Social Media Analytics & Reporting

  • Develop, compile and distribute ad hoc, weekly and monthly social media reporting across paid and organic social media with thoughtful insights that can be actioned upon.
  • Identify benchmarks and share key insights with cross-functional teams.

Paid Social Advertising
Collaborate with Social Media Strategist to –

  • Assist in the development of social media strategies and tactics, including; brand building and conversion driving initiatives,campaign budget, best practices to accelerate performance and identification of new opportunities.
  • Responsible for creating tracking documents for ad creation, trafficking, set-up, launching, measuring, and optimizing advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat and Tik Tok.
  • Conduct daily campaign performance analyses and apply optimization best practices to meet and exceed KPIs/goals (pacing, bid and budget strategies, creative testing frameworks, audience curation, etc.)
  • Develop and utilize cross functional business relationships to collaborate on ways to improve the business results of social media; stay informed of latest trends and translate those trends in ways that apply to customer needs.
Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree

1-3 years of social marketing experience with a focus in organic social media execution and monitoring and , paid social media advertising or other related field

Social media certifications across Facebook Blueprint, Snapchat Focus, Twitter Flight School, Pinterest Academy (not required)

Familiarity with social media monitoring and analytic platforms

Experience with the basic usage of most social media platforms

Experience with ads manager for various social media platforms (Twitter, Tik Tok, Facebook, Pinterest and Snapchat)

Experience with high volume, social channels with meaningful annual revenue

Some travel, nights, and weekends may be required
