Realcomm Conference Group is an event company that has been providing technology education, networking and collaboration opportunities for commercial and corporate real estate professionals for the past 25 years. We are seeking a part-time Digital Marketing Specialist to assist with marketing initiatives and social media engagement.

Position Summary:

As Digital Marketing Specialist, you will assist with the company’s online marketing strategy for growing our brand and driving attendance for our various events. This role requires experience with social media coordination and email marketing support. A successful candidate for this position will possess a strong attention to detail and good written and verbal communication skills who will be responsible for managing our online social channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter).

Responsibilities Include:

  • Create, implement and analyze marketing campaigns via email, paid and organic social media, advertising, and retargeting.
  • Coordinate a consistent user experience and brand presence across digital media campaigns
  • Oversee both organic and paid social media campaigns; create content specific to audiences across all platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.); assist with strategies to drive followers, engagement, and conversation.
  • Digitally promote existing articles and video archives through social channels and with key industry thought leaders for brand exposure.
  • SEO experience a plus! Optimize website for search engines: perform ongoing research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities; research and implement content recommendations for SEO success.

Ideal Candidate Background:

  • Previous work experience as a Marketing Specialist, Social Media/Digital Analyst or Social Media/Digital Assistant.
  • Notable experience using social media campaigns (both paid & unpaid) to drive traffic.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized, self-motivated, resourceful individual with a can-do attitude and ability to think creatively and holistically.
  • Proficient in current workplace technology and MS Office Suite programs (Word, PPT, Excel, etc.).
  • Experience working with HTML is a plus.
