We need you as a direct-hire ServiceNow Consultant to join our ServiceNow practice. You'll be working from your home office but reporting into our North American headquarters.

Stefanini's ServiceNow practice is rapidly growing and is adding an additional Consultant to our ServiceNow team. As a ServiceNow Consultant you represent our practice every single day by advising customers and translating their business requirements into technical solutions. You will be joining a highly dynamic, global team that constantly collaborates and strives to shape the future of our customers.

Key Job Responsibilities & Essential Functions

  • Provide portfolio-level, strategic oversight for the design, development, modification, and implementation of mid- and long-term solutions within the ServiceNow platform to solve the most complex business and technical issues
  • Make high-level design choices and recommend solutions that align architecture with strategic plans.
  • Provides expertise and leadership in the ServiceNow platform and integration design to meet business requirements.
  • Work directly with customers to understand business requirements
  • Develop a scope of work to meet customer business requirements
  • Manage customer relationships.
  • Creating statements of work with specific, granular delivery steps in alignment with scope of work.
  • Responsible for managing scope of work, ensuring contractual deliverables, and managing change orders for assigned projects.
  • Provide customers with ServiceNow roadmaps that align with their business strategy
  • Provide technical and architectural guidance, support, and training for other team members.
  • Coach and mentor
  • Provide presentations and demonstrations of ServiceNow functionality and roadmap.
  • Listen to customers' challenges and needs, educate them on how these can be solved within ServiceNow and collaborate with other team members to craft a solution proposal for the customer
  • Articulate and mediate trade-offs related to standardization, scalability, manageability, testability, security, maintainability, usability, functionality, cost, and time

Summary of Qualifications

  • Five (5) years of experience as a Senior ServiceNow Consultant and/or Developer
  • Deep technical knowledge of at least three (3) ServiceNow functional areas - i.e. ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, ITBM
  • Minimum of two (2) ServiceNow Certifications
  • Advanced experience in configuring/implementing/developing ServiceNow functionality across ServiceNow modules (cross-platform)
  • Deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and concepts
  • Significant experience working with customers to gather business requirements and develop a technical solution design to meet the requirements.
  • Significant experience leading ServiceNow engagements with multiple resources
  • Experience working in an agile environment utilizing Story/Defect methodology including writing agile stories for ServiceNow development and testing.
  • Experience designing business functions, processes and information flow within ServiceNow or between ServiceNow and other business systems using SOAP and REST API
  • Advanced ability to provide guidance on programming practices and techniques to individuals and cross-functional teams
  • Experience implementing ServiceNow upgrades and patches, knowledge of ServiceNow upgrade and patching process
  • Experience managing ServiceNow code changes in update sets and promoting and applying update sets across instances
  • Ability to provide technical ServiceNow demonstrations across multiple ServiceNow functional areas - i.e. ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HR, ITBM
  • Experience with JavaScript and Angular JS
  • Expertise in ServiceNow Development and Administration techniques
  • Experience implementing integrations of ServiceNow to external systems with knowledge of common integration techniques

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $115,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
