Job Description

First, let us start off by saying that this is not your typical run-of-the-mill digital marketing specialist position. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on projects with influential outcomes - both internally and externally. Each member of our marketing team plays an integral role in the company's success. That said, the traits we look for in team members are flexibility, attention to detail, fresh perspective, and the ability execute at a high level. In this role, you will be asked to wear several hats. One day you could be developing copy for an email or social media campaign and the next you could be developing quarterly business reports for various departments and corporate leadership. To succeed in this role, you must have a creative and open mindset, unrivaled passion and tenacity, excellent writing skills, and a strong grasp on digital marketing strategy.

Position and Responsibilities: Email & Social Media Campaigns

Supporting the management and activation of digital marketing campaigns for employee spotlights, thought leadership content, company announcements, etc.

Develop digital assets, target audiences, and PPC strategies for use in digital campaigns, including After Effects animations, copywriting, audience research and segment development

Tracking and optimization of ongoing digital marketing campaigns to apply insights from A/B testing, audience engagement, audience targeting refinement, development of analytics reports, and development of campaign lead/ROI reports

Coordination with full marketing team regarding editorial calendar scheduling to ensure all digital communications are noted and properly planned across omnichannel marketing activities

Develop content for social media platforms, including promotion of thought leadership content, new employee announcements, company news, and observances

Help drive and support social activity with team members outside of marketing providing training, quick implementation social media assets, and support for creating/optimizing their social profiles

Maintain company social media profiles, audit for content updates, and enhance to keep our look and feel fresh and engaging

Partner with our HR Department on Employer Branding initiatives across social media to promote our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion and as a great place to work

Develop copy for external email communications (upcoming events, announcements, promoting our thought leadership content, etc.)

Work with internal design team to create unique and engaging email visuals

Optimize email engagement strategy (email subject line development, A/B testing, best practices) to increase open rates, click-through-rates, and conversions

Essential Skills and Qualifications

1+ years of experience in a digital marketing role

Intermediate to advanced capabilities in Adobe Creative Suite

Skillful writer able to effectively communicate through technical and creative writing styles

Experienced in email marketing via Marketing Automation Platforms (Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua, Act On, etc.)

Intermediate to advanced capabilities in social media marketing (LinkedIn & YouTube)

Intermediate knowledge of PPC campaign development, management, reporting, and optimization

Strong understanding of marketing analytics and ability to communicate these results in reports

Proficient in the Microsoft Suite

Preferred Qualifications

Track record of managing high-performing social media and email marketing efforts

Experience in marketing role for professional services organization

Video editing capabilities

Experience with product launches and/or integrated marketing campaigns

Able to plan and lead initiatives independently
