Software Developer 🔥
Acara solutions is looking for a Software Developer for our client located in Remote, USA
- Will support the mobile GIS & Veg Management systems, including but not limited to:- Tech support, performing root cause analysis.
- Geographic Information Systems - understanding of Geographic Information Systems application development, object-oriented programming methodologies, and concepts such as special projections, geometric networks, density analytics.
Pay and Benefits:
- The salary for this position is between $90.00 and $95.00 per hour (Max Pay rate).
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science or Geographic Information Systems.

Minimum of - 3+ years experience in a GIS environment
- Basic knowledge of delivery frameworks such as Aglie Scrum, or Software Development Lifecycle
- Basic knowledge of programming languages and databases; have to write code and develop applications (JavaScript, C#, C++, .Net for GIS)
- Knowledge of emerging trends in the technology landscape, including new technologies, processes, and ways of working
- Able to determine the impact of technological advancement on the company's systems, applications, infrastructure, and practices as they relate to GIS.
- Knowledge of ESRI ArcGIS Software Stack (ArcGIS Enterprise, Desktop), Trimble Azteca CityWorks, SAP
- SQL, Python, JavaScript, .Net, Integrations background
