Customer Support - Tickets, Chat, Phones - Visual Media đ„
Do you love photography and visual media?
Our client enables people to easily create beautiful photo products such as photo books, cards, calendars and canvas prints to preserve the legacy of their memories.
On this project, your role will be assist customers with their photo projects via phone, chat and email. Working knowledge of online photo book creation software is definitely a plus, however, the software is extremely easy to navigate for new users! Use your customer service skills to walk our customers through how to upload their memories, use our editor and finalize their order. Troubleshoot basic technical issues or escalate their issue for further review. Be a part of preserving the legacy of customers' memories for generations to come!
Project Hours (all times Pacific): Chats: 7 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday Phones: 7 am - 3 pm, Monday - Friday Chats/Tickets: 9 am - 1 pm Saturday, Sunday
Commitment: 15 hours per week 90 days, as needed
Hourly Rate: To be discussed in interview phase

What We Are Looking For:
- At least 15 hours weekly availability and ready to start ASAP!
- Customer service and technical support background
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A positive, upbeat attitude and are comfortable with helping customers in a live environment
- A quiet environment suitable for taking live calls from customers via Zendesk Voice
