The Sales Enablement Specialist- Expert is responsible for executing on sales effectiveness initiatives that drive sales productivity improvements. These initiatives will include reporting responsibilities, CRM and Sales Tool administration, sales enablement coordination with marketing for sales calendar, sales operations process improvements and documentation, sales operations project management, sales communications, ad hoc sales enablement and operations duties as requested and fostering relationships across the organization with a focus on continuous improvement benefiting all departments. The outcome of this role is the development and delivery of sales operations and enablement support to to increase the overall effectiveness of Experian Employer Services sales team to drive accelerated sales revenue. This role is perfect for the self-starter who loves to have multiple irons in the fire at one time and thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. Clear directions and guidelines will be provided, but this position also affords the opportunity to bring and execute your ideas as well.


Job Description


As the Sales Enablement Specialist-Expert you will:

  • Sales Campaign Leadership, guides the full life cycle for campaign management projects of varying complexity, including planning, organization, implementation, and ongoing communication
    • Collaboration with marketing team and sales team
    • Develop scope, objectives, milestones, target dates for sales campaigns
    • Setting milestones and target dates, identifying participants, assembling cross-functional teams, delegating tasks, facilitating meetings, and establishing, tracking, and reviewing deliverables.
  • Sales Operations Project Management
    • Monitors and controls overall project execution.
    • Other projects on an as needed basis
    • Ensures project team understands scope, approach, and measures in place.
    • Identifies, manages, and appropriately escalates project changes, risks, and challenges. Facilitates meetings with project teams and sub-teams.
    • Ensures adherence to standards, controls, processes, deliverables, and quality measures.
    • Ensures projects and deliverables are aligned to the project brief and that project plans maximize efficiency.
  • Sales Communications Strategy and Execution
    • Assist in RFP’s and proposals as workload demands
    • Sales Operations and Enablement Process Creation and Documentation
    • Create creative engaging sales communications
    • Assist in keeping Sales Enablement Intranet with current content
  • Keep updated sales calendar of events, campaigns, and meetings
  • Assist with Sales Tool Administration and Support
  • Ad Hoc Sales Operations and Enablement Projects

Qualifications
  • Basic knowledge of Experian products and services.
  • Basic knowledge of statistical methods.
  • Basic knowledge of PC desktop, mainframe, and database applications.
  • Basic problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Basic organizational skills.
  • Basic oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience with SFDC and Excel a preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience with 5 plus years’ experience
  • 5 plus years project management experience
  • Ability in Excel to analyze data, compare data and produce outputs
  • Experience juggling multiple projects at one time
  • 5 plus years of experience in Salesforce.com creating reports, dashboards, ect
  • Proficiency with Powerpoint and Word
  • Experience with Seismic or some other Sales Enablement Internal Platform
  • Experience tracking project management tasks and accountability to hold team to schedule
  • Experience working cross functionally with marketing, finance, learning, and tool vendors


Proficiency in these or similar tools a plus: Sales Enablement Tool Stack Utilized: Salesforce, MS Office Suite, Seismic, Outreach, Zoom Info, Gong, Prolific Crush
