We are looking for a talented, organized, detail oriented and experienced individual with strong communication and computer skills (experience with MS Office and QuickBooks Online are required) who enjoys a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
Primary responsibilities include communicating with customers, mail and cash receipts processing, data entry, maintaining accurate customer and order records, creating donor acknowledgement letters, maintaining databases and creating reports, processing publication orders, registrations, applications, and renewals, inventory management, and assisting with audit and administrative report preparation.
