LifePoint Health has an opportunity for a Call Center Recruiter - Remote. The Call Center Recruiter is responsible for high volume call center recruiting.The Recruiter will be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening and recommending placement by using various resources.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: To perform this job, an individual must perform each essential function satisfactorily with or without a reasonable accommodation.

  • Manage entire recruiting lifecycle in compliance with LifePoint standards to include but not limited to: position acquisition, advertising position, sourcing candidates, Applicant Tracking System activity, candidate screening, interviewing, feedback management, hiring recommendations, offer presentation and negotiation, and internal transfer process.
  • Partner with assigned hiring managers to understand current and future staffing needs as well as to ensure compliance with federal/state laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and maintain staffing reports and track key staffing metrics.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients to ensure achievement of staffing needs to support LifePoint’s overall strategic growth goals.
  • Manage relationships with agencies for temporary staffing, select or manage the selection, hiring and payroll of temporary staff.
  • Regular and reliable attendance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Exhibit an understanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance (e.g., HIPAA). Skilled in the application of policies and procedures. Knowledge of Business Office Standards and Recommended Practices.

Education: Bachelor's Degree

Experience: Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience

Minimum overnight travel (up to 10%) by land and/or air.
