About the Role
As a Client Manager, you will be a business leader responsible for developing and managing key partnerships aligned with OvationCXM’s business strategy. You will focus on building strong OvationCXM practices within OvationCXM’s customers. You will work cross-functionally with teams in customer success, product, and IT.
- Understand your customers’ objectives and desired business outcomes and develop a program plan with measurable goals, a clear governance structure, and agreed upon metrics of success.
- Conduct regularly scheduled Business Reviews with key sponsors, operational managers and business stakeholders for the purpose of reviewing results, sharing partnership feedback, and aligning on future opportunities business growth
- Support partners with your product expertise to ensure customer satisfaction and product feature adoption to deliver quality services
- Work with internal OvationCXM teams to facilitate and prioritize customer requests across your portfolio balancing customer needs with internal business and strategic objectives
- Help customers achieve their goals and business objectives by balancing operational oversight with the identification of expansion opportunities
Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of client management, operations or customer success experience
- Previous experience in enterprise SaaS Partner Management strongly preferred
- Strong business acumen and in-depth analytical skills with go-to-market skills
- Ability to manage in a high growth environment, able to quickly adapt and change
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Values-driven approach to customer service, with authenticity at the core.
