The Job

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will help manage data governance within Salesforce and other tools in our go-to-market technology stack. You will work with reports, dashboards, data loader, and other data importing and exporting apps to help satisfy business requirements. We are looking for someone curious by nature, who cares about data quality, and who is constantly looking for ways to work more effectively. This person can work independently on projects and collaborate well as a team member.

The Responsibilities

  • Analyze data discrepancies and accuracy in Salesforce and amongst other tools that integrate to the platform
  • Maintain territory assignments and account segmentation as the sales team grows and expands
  • Have a keen understanding of how Salesforce fits into the larger technology landscape
  • Understand the opportunity and quote model within Salesforce to help us transition from the classic quote records to Salesforce's CPQ Quote records
  • Build out reports and help keep our data up to date

The Requirements

  • 1+ years working in a CRM system (Salesforce preferred)
  • Great customer-facing skills, professional presence, and entrepreneurial attitude
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and data governance
  • Be able to successfully manage technically and organizationally complex environments
  • Ability to adapt to new challenges
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity
  • Experience working with Dataloader.io or similar tools (is preferred)
  • Knowledgeable in CPQ and aptitude to learn SOQL (is a plus)
