Job Title: Marketing / Sales Coordinator (Technology / SaaS) – Paid - Part Time

Our fast-growing enterprise technology platform seeks a motivated, ambitious, and dependable Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing and sales initiatives. We are rapidly becoming the emerging leader in our category and this is an exciting time to be part of our company. Our proprietary products serve the higher education sector and this position would provide exposure to many facets of marketing and sales for a successful SaaS technology company. We are looking for someone with foundational understanding who is willing to learn, apply practical skills, and bring structure and organization to a fast-paced company with a global talent team. This is an ideal hands-on opportunity for a recent or upcoming college graduate in a related field looking to apply their practical knowledge and experience, and to expand their skill set.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Originating content ideas and coordinating production of assets, collateral, and web content
  • Managing ongoing social media efforts on Linkedin, Twitter, and other touchpoints
  • Owning the MarCom calendar and scheduling monthly promotional content
  • Working within our graphic assets and brand standards to create one-offs as needed (ex: sales sheets, comparison charts, etc)
  • Monitor competition and industry. Generate reports on emerging trends to provide to management each month
  • Update the company marketing and CRM tool (HubSpot) with the latest activities
  • Collaborate on email marketing campaigns and write drafts for sequences and promotional emails
  • Coordinate internal communication and planning, including timelines, responsibilities, and follow-ups to keep the team on track

We are looking for:

  • Excellent organizational skills and follow-through
  • Outgoing personality with strong communication skills, including presentation and writing
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot CRM ideal
  • Sound knowledge in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint
  • Experience with social media strategies, best practices and implementation

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
