Sales Operations Analyst U.s 🔥


The Role
As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will support Pantheon's growth by building the operational engine that powers our sales teams. You will help manage critical sales processes that optimize business performance, design & maintain sales reporting, and be a close partner with the Business Systems teams to run and scale the go-to-market motion. You should be a highly organized self-starter, with the ability to work efficiently, anticipate issues and take initiative to solve them.
The ideal candidate possesses a background in sales operations; experience working with SaaS sales teams a plus.  This role requires someone who is an analytical thinker. Must have working knowledge of the Salesforce CRM and Google Sheets / Excel (Familiarity with BI tools a plus!).

Cool Things You’ll Do
Contribute to management of core operational activities and processes including sales reporting, quota & performance management, and data issue resolution
Develop and maintain Salesforce reporting and dashboards to ensure process adoption, efficiency, and compliance with business and accounting processes
Work closely with management and sales enablement teams to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement
Develop a deep understanding of the underlying data architecture and tech stack to support CRM Data Quality
Manage day to day sales activities and ad-hoc request from stakeholders
Drive weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadence around planning, forecasting, opportunity progression, pipeline management and business reviews
Participate in and support projects related to Sales Operations that align to Pantheon’s goals and business objectives
Participate in any number of voluntary engagement activities where we seek to break down our remote barrier to engagement by offering cool events. Recent examples include a Virtual Escape Room, Yoga & Meditation, Mixology Workshops, DJ'd co-working hours, in addition to many, many more!
 What you Bring to the Table
1-3 years of experience in a sales operations or analyst role (SaaS & start-up experience preferred)
Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills with demonstrated ability to structure complex problems and develop actionable solutions
Advanced knowledge of the Salesforce CRM (required), Excel (Google Sheets), Asana or project management software, and other sales productivity tools
Strong organizational and project management skills
Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision in an extremely fast-paced environment
