We are looking to hire commission based Sales Representatives. Our ideal candidate will have a general understanding of the Web3 principles as well as more traditional business, opportunity and sales. Candidates should have the ability to network and build relationships with clients with a goal to sell!

General responsibilities include:

  • Generating, qualifying and contacting leads
  • Achieving or exceeding sales goals; closing a Sale
  • Determining and creating schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations
  • Creating and providing sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
  • Understanding and promoting company programs.
  • Preparing and submitting sales contracts, quotes and invoices for orders.
  • Maintaining client records (CRM)
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports
  • Answering client questions about terms, products, prices, and availability
  • Providing recommendations for future expansion and growth
  • Creating a book of business for sales operations
  • Sales Representatives should be able to identify opportunities to leverage partnerships
  • 1 year of outside sales experience (global markets preferred)
  • Solid internet connection
  • Ability to multitask
  • A heart for doing good and supporting the progress of the culture
  • Capability of learning new concepts rapidly
  • Post High School Development
  • Ability to think outside the box
  • Enjoy working in high paced environment as a self starter looking to grow
  • Canva (or other similar)
  • GSuite / Google Workspace
  • Virtual Conferencing (Google Meet)
  • Smart Phone
