We are looking for an experienced brand marketer that is both strategically minded as well as execution oriented. This individual will help drive growth through the development of our brand and go to market position, as well as the implementation and management of high impact, lead generation activities. The successful candidate will need strong subject matter expertise in brand and corporate marketing and the B2B market.


Who You Are

The SEO Strategist is responsible for the building and execution of organic strategies that include a custom mix of content, link-winning, reputation management, local SEO, and other organic tactics.

What You’ll Do

  • SEO Strategy Development & Ongoing Performance Improvement for Primary Accounts
  • SEO Campaign Insights and Optimization
  • Demonstrate SEO Tactical Expertise

Key Responsibilities Include
  • Strategy
    • Develop SEO strategies for primary accounts that focus on the client’s goals and opportunities
    • Creation of strategic account roadmaps that accurately plan for allocation of account hours across strategic & non-strategic activities and a clear plan of allocation across all facets of SEO
    • Proactively provide strategic counsel and recommendations to clients for expansion opportunities
    • Present results, findings, and optimizations to clients in a clear & easy to understand manner. This includes explaining changes in performance and optimization plans based upon results or client requests
    • Anticipates client’s questions and assist in developing responses to client questions pertaining to SEO
  • Performance
    • Accurately develop, implement, and manage client performance, demonstrating knowledge of the primary KPIs related to SEO and the SEO impact to bottom-line KPIs
    • Continually evaluate the effectiveness of performance by performing keyword research, website performance analysis, content gap analysis, competitor analysis, comprehensive content and technical audits
  • Determine and communicate to clients the SEO key performance indicators for primary accounts and monitor these KPIs for each account regularly
  • Make decisions for campaign optimizations based on data, and communicate any changes required in services being provided on behalf of client performance
  • Autonomously monitor and track time spent against client budgets
  • Update clients and roadmaps as needed based on outside impacts (i.e., algorithm updates, change in client goals, etc.)

What We Look For
  • Ability to manage and execute SEO strategies across multiple accounts
  • Ability to provide all aspects of SEO execution support, including a mix of hands-on implementation, strategic oversight, and collaboration with client and internal teams
  • Ability to collaborate alongside developers, copywriters, paid media specialists, and other members of the SEO team
  • Ability to collaborate with other agency partners and client teams
  • Ability to make complex SEO concepts understandable
  • Interest in continuing education in digital marketing
