IDEAL BACKGROUND

  • Have 6-12 months of inbound phone call/call center experience.
  • Have retail or hospitality experience.
  • Have a positive, friendly demeanor with a sincere intention to help.
  • Communicate effectively with a solution-based approach.

JOB ROLE

  • Get to know our company's products and services and our role in the insurance industry.
  • Spend the first two weeks training with your Team Lead and others in the department.
  • Begin to work to assist customers over the phone.
