Director, Demand Generation & Marketing Operations 🔥
About the work
This leadership role is an opportunity to develop demand generation strategies through integrated marketing campaigns and programs that align with sales and corporate objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience collaborating with and managing across teams to drive results. Experience developing and managing the lead funnel to optimize conversion rates and continuously improve sales/marketing alignment is key. A background in online and offline marketing channels, managing marketing tech stacks and reporting is required, along with a drive to test, analyze and continuously improve.- Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy for marketing campaigns and activities, which include targeting strategies for key markets, audiences and personas.
- Establish and align with sales and marketing on lead flow, data hygiene, lead scoring, and nurture models that meet best practices and outperform benchmarks.
- Maintain sales and marketing alignment and continuously improve lead management with automation, funnel optimization strategies and process improvement.
- Oversee and report on marketing systems, automation, and measurement of results
- Work with stakeholders to build out multi-channel inbound and outbound campaigns with a mix of tactics across email, digital advertising, SEO, account-based marketing, webinars, etc.
- Work with team members to measure, and report on KPIs to ensure optimal ROI through high performing programs.
- Continuously improve campaign strategies by collaborating with functions across teams to identify opportunities to optimize our efforts.
- Test, analyze and assess the right channels and tactics for acquisition and nurture.
Who you are (Minimum qualifications)
- 10+ years of marketing experience including 5+ years of experience supporting and driving demand gen for a B2B SaaS or tech company
- Demonstrated success owning the strategy, framework, development and execution for multichannel demand generation campaigns
Ideally you also (Preferred qualifications)
- Deep understanding of modern marketing strategies
- Strong leadership skills, proven ability to lead team to achieve results
- Proven success in launching and successfully running demand gen marketing programs for B2B SaaS or tech companies
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce and other Marketing tech to generate, capture, nurture, track and report on leads, accounts, conversions, and ROI
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Passionate about technology and the use of innovative, next generation platforms and tactics
