If so, Level Agency is currently looking for a self-motivated and innovative Creative Producer I (Copywriter) to join a cross-functional team of performance marketers and we can’t wait to meet you! The successful candidate has a strong copywriting background, a creative problem-solving mindset, and a strong ability to translate requirements into storytelling in marketing. The candidate must have an up-to-date portfolio that showcases current copy trends.

About the Position:

The Creative Producer I (Copywriter) will be responsible for utilizing the latest technological tools and best-practice storytelling and editing techniques while interpreting our clients’ needs to create engaging advertisements, landing pages, blogs, and SEO content with high impact. They will work on a variety of products, including search ads, social & display ads, responsive landing pages, blog content, case studies, white papers, and interactive apps. They will practice creativity, critical thinking, and empathy for our client's brands to produce impactful and well-crafted copy. They can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team. The salary range for this position is $36-60K, depending on the level of experience. This role reports to our Creative Director.

Your Impact:

  • Translating a creative brief and requirements into marketing material that resonates with target audiences, conveys an accurate sense of the benefits of a brand, and connects the right consumers to our client's brands
  • Developing copy across a spectrum of formats including but not limited to, technical writing (SEO, SEM, keyword search), ad copy (display ads, social media ads), radio and television scripts, and long-form content (blogs, landing pages).
  • Collaborating with team members to create storyboards that depict the script and narrative accurately and compellingly
  • Thinking creatively and developing new marketing story concepts, content, and testing direction
  • Presenting content to clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • 1 - 2 years of copywriting experience in an agency setting
  • Must be able to collaborate, ideate, write, and revise copy based on internal, client, and technical feedback in a way that elevates brands with a strong focus on direct response and marketing performance
  • Meticulous attention to detail, including those required by brand guidelines and project briefs
  • Demonstrated understanding and use of Design Thinking principles preferred
  • Strong, data-driven opinion on the Oxford comma
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress); HTML knowledge a plus
  • Proficiency with timeline-based and problem-solving copywriting materials in marketing
  • Knowledge of AI/Machine-Learning toolkits in copywriting a bonus
  • Must know digital advertising technical policy requirements and current media trends
  • Ability to communicate clearly with internal teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to work with urgency to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to collaborate and develop sustainable solutions to solve pressing issues
  • Ability to work well asynchronously and in a cross-functional team setting
