You Are:

As the Senior Social Media & Influencer Brand Manager you will develop, automate, manage and scale our social media strategy for our UST brand across the globe. The Brand Manager will amplify and manage the UST brand voice via organic and paid campaign content strategies, focus on growing all channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) recommending and strategically launching emerging channels. You are obsessed with telling the story at the right time, in the right channels and creating compelling content engagement that differentiates and brings to life the company brand and have a passion for testing to invent and scale a successful program.

The Opportunity :

  • Plan, manage and execute social media vision to drive brand discovery and customer engagement via social media channels and partners (i.e. ecosystem partners, influencers, awards, publications, event producers).
  • Creating and managing a social media content and channel strategy across key markets: client/prospect, talent, partners and investor community.
  • Maintain deep understanding of social media metrics and data analysis and ownership of data touchpoints.
  • Manages external agencies and oversees campaign strategy, leading creative ideation to deliver innovative, best-in-class campaigns for customers and meets growth goals.
  • Contributes and presents strategy, learnings and recommendations to senior leadership via meetings and presentations
  • Develops and owns multiple team KPIs for social media strategy to drive results toward UST’s business goals over short and long-term.
  • Provides thought leadership and guidance for social media best practices such as content guidelines, KPI benchmarks, and growth strategies across our organization.
  • Partner with technical and business teams to drive system improvements within internal social media tools and self-service merchandising solutions.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency.

What you need :

  • BA/BS required; Advanced degree
  • 7-10 years of relevant work experience in marketing, social media and online content development, both original and curated from an agency, or Fortune 1000 company. Experience in B2B is a plus
  • Knowledge of current trends, influencers and visionaries/thought-leaders.
  • Experience efficiently managing budgets and internal/agency/contractor resources.
  • Demonstrated success in managing social media campaigns and delivering results in a rapid-growth environment.
  • Experience working with across multiple stakeholders and globally
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented and strong sense of accountability
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytic and quantitative skills - ability to use data to target for growth potential

Bonus points if:

  • MBA or Masters of Communications
  • Experience working in technology
  • Experience managing large-scale marketing programs and writing customer-facing content.
