Marketing and Communications Specialist 🔥
1. Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Writes, edits, and pitch internal and external communication products for text, graphics, and multimedia presentations.
- Responsible for developing all marketing campaigns and social media engagement with strategic approach to the company's industry and targeted audience.
- Proof all communications to ensure consistency of message, brand adherence, and spelling/grammar.
- Prepare and or edit marketing and communication materials/ products for internal and external audiences.
- Identify opportunities for effective media outreach, including crafting potential stories and angles to generate media interest, including establishing rapport with current and new relationships for visibility placement.
- Draft testimonials for promotion in marketing materials.
- Identify new marketing channels, including strategies for building email lists, and explore resource development opportunities across Aspen Medical USA.
- Assist with the continued development and deployment of messaging and brand guidelines.
- Use social and professional networking sites to identify, source and communicate with candidates (i.e. LinkedIn, Indeed, Google, Glassdoor, Applicant Tracking System and explore other job portals).
- Utilize charisma and personality to communicate the Aspen Medical USA brand by telephone, face to face and through video.
- Research competitor employment branding techniques.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Other assignments or administrative duties may be assigned.
2. Selection Criteria
- Ability to use social and professional networking sites to identify, source and communicate with candidates (i.e., LinkedIn, Indeed, Google, Glassdoor, Applicant Tracking System and explore other job portals).
- Utilize charisma and personality to communicate the Aspen Medical USA brand by telephone, face to face and through video.
- Research competitor employment branding techniques.
- Maintaining confidentiality of Human Resources information.
- Must be able to work independently.
3. Physical Requirements
- Must be able to stand or sit for more than 8 hours per day
- Must be able to use an elevator or walk up and down stairs
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and carry up to 10 feet
- Must be able to routinely grasp or handle objects, use finger dexterity, bend elbows/knees and reach above and below shoulders
- Must be able to read and interpret handwritten and typewritten print
- Must be able to communicate by voice and detect sound by ear
- Must be able to perform duties in an indoor or outdoor environment
- Must be able to pass a criminal background investigation
- Must undergo urine drug testing
