Overview:
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will find and screen potential customers who can benefit from our products and services. Reporting to the SVP, Head of Fleet Sales, the SDR is the first line of communication with prospects. Ideal SDRs are highly entrepreneurial and motivated with a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at researching leads, forging new relationships and moving prospects through the deal workflow. The ideal candidate is a quick learner with strong communication skills, the ability to showcase Inspiration’s offerings in a compelling way and have a strong desire to progress into an Enterprise Sales Representative role. As the SDR, you will be responsible for:
Generating leads and building relationships by developing suspects, warm prospects, and finding new potential sales outlets
Managing and maintaining a pipeline of interested prospects and engaging sales executives for next steps
Representing Inspiration’s suite of Electric Vehicle products and services
Identifying best practices to refine Inspiration’s lead generation playbook
Utilizing personal networks, social media, cold calling, and email to generate new sales opportunities
Working with Inspiration’s lead generation team to identify additional opportunities
Identifying prospect needs and suggesting appropriate products and services
Building initial relationships with prospects to qualify leads
Scheduling meetings with prospective customers, engaging internal sales executives, and other subject matter experts
Reporting to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results to meet internal KPIs and goals Inspiration’s Core Values:
