Our new Global Value division focuses on delivering strategic guidance to our clients across multiple aspects of product value, including the global payer landscape, global value message development, global pricing, global market access, evidence generation planning, evidence review (SLR/REA, including HTA), value communications, and real world evidence strategies and programs.
This new pillar is bringing together to the existing MKO (US) and Curo (UK) HEMA businesses, and together with new investment, this UK/EU Business Development Lead, will further advance our position as a global strategic partner, driving growth strategies to work towards a leadership position in the market.

Key Responsibilities

This role is responsible for strategic growth and sales/delivery to support the overall business growth of the division and key responsibilities include:
  • As part of the senior leadership team, you will provide strategic vision to the company

  • Focus on high client satisfaction and identify opportunities for increasing market share

  • Identify companies to engage with for projects in a geographic area

  • Propose opportunities for product line extensions and other opportunities for growth (eg, presenting data at conferences, developing white papers, how-to modules for tool building, etc.)

  • Keep up-to-date with market changes that affect healthcare

  • Support the overall business growth by mentoring junior staff and capabilities development


  • Sales/Delivery
  • Grow the existing client base while meeting or exceeding your annual revenue generation and sales targets

  • Establish/maintain ongoing client relationships to drive new business opportunities

  • Lead proposal developments that result in a winning bid/execution of a project

  • Provide direction to junior staff on primary/secondary research needs and proposal framework

  • Serve as a key point of contact with clients, including post-project delivery to ensure client satisfaction

  • Lead meetings with clients, including key strategic/alignment meetings and regular check-ins

  • Provide input to project team including project management, secondary and primary research, final analysis/brainstorming, and recommendations

  • Ensure the quality of final deliverables including financial models, analytical spreadsheets, discussion guides, and other tools as needed for select projects

  • Key Requirements

  • Proven success with selling a variety of market access and HEOR projects across the UK and EU markets.

  • Experienced within a consultancy firm, with the ability understand client needs, deliver consultancy solutions and drive growth for this strategic pillar.

  • Experienced in the pharmaceutical industry with direct experience in payer strategy, managed market, and global pricing strategy

  • A strong/positive “can do” attitude and highly collaborative team spirit

  • Able to provide direction and leadership to ongoing and future consulting engagements with clients

  • Travel up to 50% for internal meetings, client meetings, and business development needs
