Marketing Coordinator 🔥


Overview:

This role supports all aspects of our digital marketing efforts. This individual must have a strong skill set in brand marketing and social media. The role will be focused on day to day social media tasks and facilitating the growth of the Richer Poorer affiliate program.

Reports to the Brand Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Day to day management of social media content calendar: sourcing imagery/videos/UGC content, creating original graphics/content/video, to create engaging social-first content, posting to social channels across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and TikTok.
  • Crafting supportive social copy for content with approval from Brand Marketing Manager.
  • Community management and engagement with customer DMs, comments, and mentions on Instagram, FB, and TikTok.
  • Managing the flow of orders through FB/IG Checkout and communicating with customers/our customer care team on any issues in relation to these orders.
  • Build and manage relationships with influencers, in partnership with Brand Marketing Manager, and execute influencer campaigns on affiliate platforms: GRIN, ShareASale, LikeToKnowIt, and all Richer Poorer affiliate program related software.
  • Responsible for placing PR + Influencer gifting orders, coordinating with the warehouse and logistics teams.
  • Overseeing inventory in our gifting warehouse and working with Senior Ecom Manager to allocate inventory on a seasonal basis in order to meet gifting goals and budgets.
  • Manage weekly social + influencer reporting and analytics, driving to ecommerce goals and KPIs.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Skills and Experience:

  • 2-3 years of prior social experience and daily execution in a cross-functional organization.
  • Strong copywriting skills and understanding of brand voice/identity.
  • Awareness and understanding of emerging social media platforms and best-in-class tactics being used by fashion and apparel brands, as well as opportunities to innovate and develop existing communities.
  • Identify trends, relevant news, influencers, and other opportunities in the social media space, to increase Richer Poorer’s share of voice and sustain brand affinity and loyalty.
  • Platform experience with Facebook Commerce Manager, Instagram/FacebookShopping, Affiliate program tools, Google Analytics, and TikTok.
  • Experience using customer care platforms is a plus (i.e Gorgias, Zendesk, etc).
  • Team driven individual.
  • Strong time management abilities.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs (Photoshop, InDesign, XD, Premiere Pro) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $48,000.00 per year
