The Viridian Agency (Allstate Insurance branch) in Pearland, TX is hiring a dynamic marketing coordinator to bring our agency to the next level. As a member of the marketing team, youll assist the marketing manager with the implementation and execution of marketing campaigns through promotional materials, creative content, advertising strategies, and social media. The ideal candidate for this position balances creativity with structure, can effectively work with a team to bring great ideas to life, and is committed to on-brand quality work. Salary Range: $12.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
  • Publish employee advocacy social media content daily using a global platform, for colleagues to share through their personal social media channels
  • Contribute to daily monitoring for brand reputation management, reviewing for customer queries, complaints, and outreach to the brand, and reporting that activity, channeling it to the appropriate team for resolution
  • Contributes information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies
  • Deliver reports on monthly analytics across web and social platforms and advise on improvements
  • Marketing needs, including writing for blogs, updating website content, etc.
  • Helps to detail, design, and implement marketing plans for each product or service being offered
  • Develop and implement online marketing plan
  • Answers questions from clients about product and service benefits
  • Analyze trends, data, demographics, strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, some college (preferred)
  • Experience and practical knowledge of primary B2B social media platforms, especially Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and Twitter
  • Demonstrable social publishing experience
  • Has experience with social media growth
  • Work with the marketing manager and insurance agents to establish and meet marketing goals
  • Work with the agents to develop and maintain a digital marketing system to promote the office
  • Work with the agent to help manage the website and social media content
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening

  • Ability to make presentations to potential customers
  • Bilingual, multiple languages preferred, but not required
