Job Description: Account Manager C&R Software THE COMPANY The best innovation is simplification. POSITION We are seeking a highly motivated self-starters who enjoy the thrill of working in a fast-paced environment. Immediately, we are seeking an ambitious individual to join our Account Management team of professionals. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Reporting to the [insert line manager], the core responsibilities of the position are to:
  • Conduct and manage the sales cycle process from initial contact through to qualification by actively listening and building trust with prospects and understanding their needs
  • Drive for results by maintaining a high volume of daily prospecting through cold calling and market nurturing activities
  • Leverages marketing initiatives
  • Continually builds a pipeline of sales opportunities
  • Follow-up on e-mails via telephone in a timely manner to generate leads
  • Manages time effectively to maximize results
  • Manage and update data into CRM database; qualify lead, then forward pertinent information to sales representatives
  • Maintain lead status and track opportunity status in the CRM
  • Built Telco practice
  • Manage overflow deals in Financial Services
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Proven 5 years + experience selling software solutions or professional services in the Collections and Recovery space.
  • Hold a degree or relevant qualification is desirable.
  • Proven record in selling business application software.
  • Relevant professional sales training and experience.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close sales.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation communications skills.
  • The ability to build and foster business relationships.
  • Good understanding of technology and how it is applied in business.
  • A moderate degree of computer literacy and technical competency.
  • Demonstrable evidence of organizing customer accounts and projection implementation.
  • Excellent knowledge of SalesForce.com or another CRM suite
  • Experience in selling software solutions and/or the construction industry is an asset, but not required

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to build relationships with senior management and C-suite stakeholders over the phone through value-added conversations

  • Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to clearly understand and address client requirements
  • Technical proficiency and aptitude with the ability to quickly pick up and understand software product features
  • Excellent listening, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in accounting would also be considered an asset
