We are looking for a self-motivated Business Development Manager with a love for children and sport. We need your help to gain more business.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be entrepreneurially-minded:

  • developing strong relationships B2B and B2C customers
  • helping to innovate and identify new business opportunities
  • oversee the development of online marketing techniques to generate leads and make sales
  • perform market analysis and competitive research.

It is imperative you bring a background of business development or sales and a growth mindset. You must believe that you can be catalytic at transforming our business, driving our vision, inspire and drive new ideas to create the business opportunities we will need to affect change and influence the masses the way we know we can. So hopefully you get that this so much more than just growing revenues and scaling our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify market trends, partners and clients.
  • Research, analyze and present data to support business development objectives.
  • Manage relationships with business partners and clients.
  • Manage sales pipeline and coordinate sales process.
  • Pitch and negotiate deals.
  • Liaise with senior management regarding potential partnerships or deals.

Job Types: Contract, Part-time

Pay: $35,384.00 - $45,937.00 per year
