Position: Marketing Coordinator

Location: 100% Remote (team works EST)

Duration: 5 months Contract-to-Hire

Pay: $20-35/hr


What You'll Do

In this highly visible role, you will own the Public Sector partner marketing approach in alignment with the Americas Partner Organization Public Sector sales leadership and across existing and evolving partner programs. As a liaison to America's partner marketing managers you will deliver customer outcomes by helping to establish the direction for how marketing supports enables and drives demand for the Public Sector to through and with our partners.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Drive the channel marketing relationship with segment and area leadership.
  • Develop and operationalize the data and targeting strategy into marketing campaigns to support our key Public Sector partners across the region.
    • Enable PMMs to utilize appropriate data with their Partners as it relates to Public Sector rolled out Programs.
  • Lead the building and execution of partner demand generation campaigns and programs aligned to the Public Sector segment and relevant industries.
  • Work collaboratively across partner marketing programs and SLED Segment Specialist teams to increase Public Sector partner awareness adoption and scale.
    • Create programs and pilots specifically around Public Sector to work with Partner Marketing Program team.
  • Lead Partner Marketing Managers as it relates to Public Sector Partner Marketing activities through a variety of communication channels and resources.
  • Collaborate with Public Sector field and global public sector marketing and business development teams to align sales priorities into partner marketing activation.
  • Manage and report on co-marketing investments for Public Sector partners both regionally and nationally. This includes optimizing existing processes and improving performance tracking capabilities. Increase awareness of Public Sector partner impact and successes via QBRs across teams.
  • Act as Partner Marketing ambassador to support the broader Americas Marketing and Communications team.

In this role you'll be implementing data-driven digital marketing and partner enablement strategies that result in profitable growth for our client and their partner organization. Your extended team includes Regional and National Partner Marketing Managers the Public Sector Segment marketing team and reach into Global Public Sector and Industries. This is a fast-paced role with many cross-functional members including the Public Sector sales teams and Americas Partner Organization.


Who You Are

  • You have an outstanding knowledge and experience of B2B marketing in the technology channel and have worked with partners in your career.
  • You are passionate about solving business challenges to drive operational efficiencies or deliver impact for the sales organization.
  • You have previous experience with project and/or program management.
  • You have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and thrive in a collaborative team environment.


Minimum qualifications for this role:

  • 5 years of IT Marketing experience or IT Channel Sales experience
  • 5 years of working directly with partners developing marketing campaigns
  • Previous experience working with the Public Sector segment
  • Experience and knowledge of partner programs Experience with an analytics-based or data driven approach to marketing
