Your Footprint as an iCIMS Administration Will Be...
... to help leverage iCIMS software in the most efficient ways to execute our new digital recruitment process. This will include optimizing the system to screen applicants, track their status, store their information, and simplify the final steps of the hiring process before day one starts. The goal is to seamlessly marry our high-tech and high-touch approach to quickly hire the right candidate to meet our clients' needs.
You will be a problem solver and enable the TA team to deliver efficient results to the business, working directly with talent-related systems, data, and processes. Leveraging your end-to-end understanding of Talent Acquisition Processes, you will support the administration of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), iCIMS, and provide insights to the entire Talent Acquisition team through the development and deployment of analytics. This role is a critical resource for our Business Development and Talent Acquisition teams with the opportunity to be creative, tactical, and strategic.

Qualifications:
What Will You Need to Succeed?
  • Minimum 3-5 years' iCIMS ATS, Text Engagement & Onboarding Admin configuration experience
  • Ability to prioritize competing deliverables to meet deadlines, manage time, and work in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Demonstrated interest in current technologies; Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work across multiple client groups
  • A self-starter with the demonstrated ability to take the initiative, who can proactively identify issues/opportunities and recommend actions
  • Strong results orientation with a proven track record of flawless execution and strong attention to detail
  • Customer success orientation with the ability to work with customers to research business processes, diagnose and resolve on-demand (web-based) software issues
  • High-level understanding of Talent Acquisition space, including CRM and Payroll concepts
  • Advanced understanding of and ability to explain system-to-system integrations
  • Project Management and HR knowledge/experience are required
  • Contact Center experience knowledge is highly desired
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
  • iCIMS ADMIN Certification highly desired
  • Global work experience is highly desired

Responsibilities:
As an iCIMS Administrator, You Will...
  • Provide a support role for the global system administration for Applicant Tracking System (ATS), iCIMS, including, but not limited to, system configuration, monitoring and auditing functions, researching and resolving problems, and performing scheduled activities and integrations.
  • Assists in the country rollout of the iCIMS platform, supporting the recruitment process
  • Create and resolve tickets for workflow-related items, including iForms, reporting, and RPA requirement documents
  • Assist in data and system migrations and integrations, including sources, assessments, background validations
  • Understands the fundamentals, processes, and terminology of corporate recruiting environments
  • Serve as an iCIMS software expert
  • Provide and support due diligence, implementation, warranty, and optimization efforts for geo's currently leveraging iCIMS
  • Partner with Human Resources Operations Teams and HR People Systems Team to enable access to data from the applicant tracking system and other recruitment systems.
  • Analyze and recommend system enhancements or solutions to ensure efficiency in business processes and data integrity across all systems.
  • Ensure ATS configuration and global user role assignments are aligned with data protection and privacy strategy.
  • Compose and maintain resource material, including system and user documentation and presentation materials.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues within the applications and systems and ensures appropriate parties are involved in resolving the issue.
  • Ensure data integrity with scheduled data reviews and clean-up
  • Help train new hire recruiters on our systems and tools
