Successful Project Coordinators must have strong attention to detail, are able to multitask effectively, and are effective communicators. This position is a good fit for individuals who are:

  • Interested in customer experience, market research, or process management. Experience in these areas is a plus.
  • Experience working with technology or platforms
  • Aptitude to resolve complex and diverse issues, and meet deadlines
  • Strong mathematical, quantitative, and analytical skills
  • Willingness to learn and not be afraid of change
  • Love working in a collaborative, high-tech, fast-paced environment and ready to be a hands on team member
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) or higher preferred
  • Experience in project and client management
  • Proficient with Google Suite (Gmail, sheets, slides, forms, etc)
  • Inspirational team player, colleague, and culture champion within InMoment


The Project Coordinator is an entry-level position that helps oversee all aspects of project execution with some supervision, including engaging directly with customers, which represent many of the world’s best brands. Successful Project Coordinators will:

  • Perform day-to-day execution activities utilizing effective project management skills
  • Provide quality assurance by reviewing reports for accuracy and creating plans to ensure accurate execution of program requirements
  • Communicate ad-hoc requests from clients
  • Draft documentation and create Jira ticket requests
  • Feel comfortable learning our platform to have effective conversations with clients and support and manage program changes
  • Question the norm and not be afraid to make recommendations for improvement
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with external clients and internal teammates
  • Be flexible to adjust your work schedule to work 3-4 hours one weekend per month
