Netradyne, a Forbes top 50 AI (Artificial Intelligence) market leader, is in search of a savvy Solution Engineer to partner with our Sales, Customer Success, Product, and enablement teams reporting to the Head of Solution Engineering & Product Marketing. The Solution Engineering team works with the Sales team to effectively join sales calls with new or existing customers, addressing technical questions, researching, solving issues, and providing overall technical expertise to assist in closing business. The Solution Engineering team helps sales identify customer pain points, develop solutions, present the Netradyne value benefits and address any technical objections. To realize this, the Solution Engineer should have a strong desire to utilize their technical and sales skills to understand the customer’s needs and requirements. This highly creative and skilled role will primarily focus on seeing and presenting 'the big picture', architecting solutions to solve customer problems, uncovering business challenges, and developing custom solutions. The Solution Engineer should be highly competent in assisting to develop a technical sales strategy and can work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, Product Marketing, Engineering. Experience in delivering compelling demonstrations of cloud solutions and products is essential.


  • Conduct discovery meetings to collect, analyze, clarify, and document business requirements during the sales cycle to support the implementation team and produce a detailed solution proposal.
  • Work hands-on with prospects and customers to deliver standard, customized, and/or strategic solution demonstrations, whiteboarding, presentations, and best practices that display functional capabilities, competitive advantages, and business benefits of the Netradyne solutions throughout the sales cycle, from demo to proof of concept to design and implementation.
  • Support sales team throughout the sales process by providing technical expertise.
  • Create high-quality, feasible proof of concepts for potential clients

  • Build working knowledge of contending products and how to technically sell against them
  • Gain customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating value propositions.
  • Build trusted relationships with Netradyne’s internal resources, external partners, and client account teams to qualify deals, identify business value, and provide technical guidance to set proper expectations to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Immerse yourself in the ever-evolving technology and landscape while maintaining a deep understanding of competitive and complementary technologies and vendors and how to position Netradyne in relation to them.
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • 5+ years' experience as an Enterprise Sales Engineer
  • B.S. in Computer Science or related background
  • Experience building and delivering demos & POCs (Proof of Concept) for SaaS (Software as a Service) (Software as a Service) sales-cycles
  • Experience selling to Enterprise customers
  • Able to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Executive-level presentation and conversation skills
  • Excellent written & oral communication
