Digital Marketing Manager 🔥


Enertiv is a fast-growing PropTech company on a mission to de-carbonize the built environment (buildings). The company is fully remote, which allows for a flexible work schedule. At the same time, we have a very strong culture of smart, talented, hardworking people all focused on the same goal.

We are looking for a generalist Marketing Manager who can tackle the full breadth of tasks related to driving brand awareness, generating leads and supporting business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience "getting their hands dirty" in a wide range of marketing capacities, as well as have a demonstrated ability to learn quickly, test hypotheses, think creatively and be a self-starter. Design skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership over team and personal OKRs (Objectives and Key Results)
  • Quickly become well-versed in commercial real estate and the Enertiv Platform
  • Support brand awareness and demand generation/SEO activities
  • Optimize website for conversions, think critically about lead generation and buyer journey
  • Generate content (email campaigns, blogs, white papers, case studies, webinars, etc.)
  • Think creatively about how to reach and engage our target personas
  • Help manage social media accounts, primarily LinkedIn
  • Support sales with email messaging, collateral, surveys, decks, etc.
  • Customize CRM to fit the ever-changing needs of the organization
  • Product marketing to prospective and existing customers
  • Proven work experience in marketing, both strategically and tactically
  • Ability to craft compelling messaging
  • Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques
  • Experience with SEO/SEM campaigns
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Excel, web analytics and Google Adwords. Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS and other coding languages a plus
  • Adobe Illustrator or other design skills are also a plus
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude
  • Ability to be self-directed and creative in marketing a SaaS startup
