Social Media Manager 🔥

Social Media Managers are the lifeblood of our agency, as their primary responsibility is ensuring client satisfaction through every step of the relationship. They have their hand in just about everything throughout the creative process, including content ideation, social strategy, creative brainstorm, social analytics and more.
Job Type: Full-Time, Remote Due to the nature of Sports & Entertainment, the required date/shifts will be subject to change by the employer. Responsibilities:
  • Project Management
    • Overseeing the structure and maintenance of project assets

    • Writing effective work orders / communicating with creative team

    • Ideating and Pitching

    • Closing and recapping projects

  • Product Management
    • Quality control

    • Innovation

    • Knowing your clients’ social tendencies and audience

    • Social Analytics on STN and non-STN content

  • Client Management
    • Keeping accurate and updated ‘Chart Notes’ on each client

    • Prepping and leading client strategy, ideation and kick-off calls

    • Staying on top of creative and social trends and building content as a result

    • Owning social strategy, planning and posting for Social Media Management clients

  • Miscellaneous
    • Creating content via Adobe Suites to support active clients

    • On-site production support to support active clients (pending COVID restrictions)
      • Capturing live content via iPhone

    • Support client projects as needed


  • 1-3 years of experience working with high profile brands
  • On-trend with the latest news in entertainment
  • Knowledge of the sports landscape
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Thorough, organized and dependable
  • Creative thinker with a critical eye
