About Product Marketing at Sage:
Product Marketing at Sage is all about deeply understanding customers (needs, feelings, outcomes they want to achieve), the market (size, shape, and trends), and competitors (products, tactics, strategy). With input from other teams across Sage, PMMs then use this to design and build ambitious growth plans, compelling and differentiated value propositions, and high-impact go-to-market (GTM) plans. PMMs partner cross-functionally to drive the execution of these GTM plans and achieve our commercial goals. All of this is delivered by a single, global team of highly skilled PMM professionals, who are empowered to give their very best, every day. We are relentless about building on a Human Centred Design (HCD) methodology, and the PMM teams work to a common framework – getting the job done in a consistent and efficient way, maximizing the time they spend with customers, and innovating.

About the role:
The Senior Director, Product Marketing – North America Region reports to the VP of Product Marketing - Regions & Planning (UK based) and is a senior leadership/managing director role that is accountable for the delivery of all PMM jobs and outputs within a region (North America), as measured by the delivery of £650m+ ARR and 10%+ annual growth.
