Position: Demand Generation Marketing Lead
Location: Herndon, VA/ Open to remote work in NC, GA, TX, NJ, WA, PA, IL, DC, MD, CO, IN, FL, SC

  • Evaluating and developing the marketing strategy and marketing plan
  • Creation and execution of inbound and outbound campaigns that will create demand for our products and services
  • Supporting sales and lead generation efforts
  • Planning, directing, creating and coordinating marketing efforts
  • Communicating the marketing plan
  • Creating and maintaining the marketing database
  • Developing promotions
  • Understanding and developing budgets
  • Overseeing the execution of multi-channel, highly integrated digital marketing programs and campaigns
  • Managing the Exostar Partner program
  • Creating and executing account-based marketing programs
  • Coordinating and implementing marketing projects from start to finish
  • Organizing company conferences, trade shows, and major events
  • Planning and executing monthly webinars and workshops for various product offerings via YouTube
  • Overseeing social media marketing strategy and content marketing
  • Enable the Sales organizations with battle cards, sales tools, and collateral to ensure that Sales and Marketing are aligned around messaging and to-go-market.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in marketing working for cyber security, software, or technology companies
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
  • You are a US person (US Citizen or a US Permanent Resident)—this is a requirement due to ITAR regulations
  • Experience working collaboratively as a member of a marketing team
  • Proven marketing campaign experience
  • Proven digital marketing experience
  • Proficient with the following MarTech tools: HubSpot Marketing Hub, HubSpot Sales Hub and WordPress
  • Proven account-based marketing experience
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Proven ability to manage budgets
  • High competence in project and stakeholder management
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Strong creative outlook
  • Formal presentation skills
  • Self-starter that can work independently
  • Master’s degree in marketing or a related field
