Core accountabilities:
- Source, manage, and provide creative direction for copywriters, graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and creative agencies to facilitate ongoing content development
- Plan and manage photo shoots, including inspiration, mood, shot lists, talent, and call sheets
- Create and/or copyedit editorial, product, marketing, and social media copy
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide POP displays, catalogs, and support collateral
- Maintain a portal of all content for retailers, distributors, and company associates to access as needed
- Champion overall brand identity: developing standards, adjusting as needed, and coaching external partners on appropriate executions
- Core understanding of branding, creative, and social media
- DTC, ecommerce, luxury or fashion industry experience
- Familiarity with photo production, including lighting, set design, image capture, and retouching and video editing processes
- Authentic but aspirational approach to visual storytelling
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and image capture software
- Communication, organization, technical and interpersonal skills to thrive in a fully-remote, multi-time zone organization
