Position Overview The Marketing Senior Launch Leader will have overall responsibility for leading enterprise-wide commercial launch programs as part of the Real Estate enterprise roadmap. This strategic role will partner with other leaders to form cross-departmental teams to successfully bring products to market. This individual will play an important role in defining and building our launch process, developing a launch marketing roadmap, and creating KPIs to measure the success of launches in collaboration with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to synthesize large amounts of information and create simple, profound solutions. They’ll live in the details, driving products, and ensuring on-time delivery. The ability to quickly build relationships and establish credibility is critical to this role. Position Requirements & Major Responsibilities
  • Build key relationships with product, brand, and marketing leaders; clarify the strategies and timelines to better identify gaps in our processes, understand through discovery the best practices to be reapplied, and ensure the team is executing towards the plan
  • Serve as a strong leader on the Real Estate marketing leadership team, exhibiting a high level of professionalism and leadership skills
  • Be a change agent and positive role model and ensure the culture is driven by trust, transparency, and respect
  • Exhibit a team-player mentality, being willing and able to execute work in any area of responsibility within your team and volunteering for additional projects as priorities shift
  • Liaise with brand leaders, product launch leader, and innovation leader to ensure clear strategy and timeline of go-to-market activities
  • Liaise with marketing launch manager (align on mock-ups), and then share out with Brand Leaders, Product Launch Leader, and Innovation Leader to ensure alignment
  • Own KPI scorecard review process
  • Collaborate with OneRE Senior Manager on strategy development, and overall timeline for all new launches
  • Align on timing of transitions with brand leaders and head of digital innovation
  • Communicate with B2B leaders to ensure we are coordinated in campaign strategies, asset management, discounting strategy, value props, etc.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of relevant marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing or similar field
  • Hands-on integrated marketing expertise, including social, email and affiliate channels, and direct print marketing
  • Proven track record of developing value propositions that communicate clear value to targeted audiences
  • Extensive experience creating audience segments and developing marketing campaigns that deliver a targeted message and create affinity with brands
  • Accomplished at leveraging full value from marketing automation processes and tools such as HubSpot or other marketing automation platforms
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage projects from inception through execution
  • Exceptional analytical and communication skills
