Product Operations plays a critical role in the product life-cycle at Meta, from ideation, to development, launch, growth, help, and support. The team partners closely with product, engineering, marketing, and global ops teams to amplify the user and ensure that every product experience is safe, reliable, and supported at scale. Meta is looking for an experienced leader to lead our global Product Operations team. The Director of Product Operations is a critical role to accomplishing the company-wide mission to improve product experience and connect our users. This individual will assume global leadership responsibilities in developing a leadership team of managers and enabling our global team of specialists to execute on ambitious goals. This leader will drive cross-functional partnerships with product, engineering, and operations to improve the quality of our products and efficiency and scalability of our operations. Candidates will have strong judgment and a passion for improving the product experience for our global community of 3 billion+ users.
