Seeking a remote customer service representative to join our team in Sioux Falls!

Description:
In this role you will be tasked with processing emails (internal and external) and making outbound phone calls to repair facilities. These calls are customer service courtesy follow ups to offer assistance with the software/claims upload process. Many are short calls but there are also situations that would require troubleshooting or step-by-step direction that should be taken to upload a claim.

Responsibilities:
Handling email requests from clients within established service level agreements.
Follow pre-established guidelines and workflow procedures on email responses.
Make outbound calls to customers to assist with software how-to questions around the process.
Troubleshoot issues customers may be experiencing with the workflow.
Provide feedback to leadership team on process improvements.
Assist our regular technical support reps with questions regarding the workflow.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma (or G.E.D.). College Degree preferred
Previous work in a Call Center environment or technical support working directly to resolve customer issues
Previous experience with Call Center tools, reports and applications and Customer Relationship Management systems
Intermediate understanding of Windows Operating Systems, Software Utilization, Network Connectivity and Web Based Applications
