SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

At Finalsite, the Sales Enablement team oversees all revenue operations and sales enablement functions, playing a critical role in partnering with front-line sales professionals to achieve the company’s revenue goals. The Sales Systems Administrator & Data Analyst is responsible for supporting client-facing sales colleagues in their use of revenue tech stack software, particularly Salesforce and its connected applications. The successful candidate thrives on digging into data and then analyzing and synthesizing it to inform their relentless pursuit of continuous improvement..

LOCATION

100% Remote - Anywhere within the US or UK.

RESPONSIBILITIES

This role reports to the Vice President of Revenue Enablement and coordinates closely with them. The successful leader will:



 

  • Support the effective use of our tech stack, including Salesforce, Chorus, Guru, Conga, DocuSign, and other systems with which those integrate.
  • Help analyze and share data to drive corporate goals. Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track performance across the funnel. All data projects are done in coordination with the Director of Revenue Operations who specializes in data quality, data analysis, tech stack management, and systems integrations.
  • Support new business sales reps and client success managers in preparing complex contracts.
  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement team and colleagues across all departments to plan and deliver change projects to continuously improve processes and systems to scale the business. Implement new technologies and applications to support business strategy.
  • Act with urgency and precision to give users best-in-class support in troubleshooting issues as they arise throughout the customer buying journey.
  • On a project basis, participate on a collaborative team in executing future corporate acquisitions.
  • Take on cross-functional projects in coordination with Support, Marketing, Product, etc.
  • Get certified on the Finalsite platform and participate in sales training.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Salesforce administration experience required. Certified Salesforce administrator preferred.
  • Fluent in Salesforce declarative workflow automation tools (workflow rules, process builder, flow). Basic understanding of APEX programming language preferred
  • Ability to map, interpret & optimize individual steps in the lead-to-cash process
  • Coachable, fast learner who can pick up new skills and processes quickly
  • Detail oriented, taking into consideration each moving part of the system before taking action or recommending a solution
  • Outstanding communication skills, curiosity, and a helpful mindset.
  • User-centric, empathetic approach to introducing systems change
  • Highly collaborative and team oriented – the team results matter more than the individual’s part.
  • Deep understanding of sales and the Finalsite business model in order to effectively enable others in their job responsibilities.
