Product Specialist 🔥
Leapfin’s Product Specialist act as the technical lead for their customers' success, providing support post go-live in conjunction with CSMs to ensure optimal customer experience and outcomes. Product Specialists work collaboratively with Engineering and Product teams to develop resolutions for customer issues and deliver product feedback. This role offers the opportunity to become a trusted advisor to our customers, solve complex, engaging technical problems every day, and influence Leapfin's product development.
Responsibilities
- Act as the technical lead and product expert when responding to live customer inquiries, feature requests, bug reports, etc. via Zendesk and Zoom
- Use SQL to diagnose complex data problems
- Educate customers on best practices and lead product demonstrations and training sessions
- Produce technical design documents for Engineering
- Provide feedback to Product, influencing the roadmap and feature designs
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a field related to Information Technology or Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of professional experience
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as product specialist, customer success engineer, solution engineer, or implementation consultant
- Intermediate expertise using SQL
Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role for a data platform product
- 1+ year of experience in a startup environment (Seed - Series C)
- 1+ year of experience with accounting principles and systems (e.g.: Revenue Recognition, ERP)
