About the Job:

We’re looking for an Outbound Business Development Rep to join our sales team. As a  Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for finding and creating opportunities for our Account Executives. You will also conduct high-level conversations with senior executives about their business, their technical issues, and their operations. You should be a self-starter who works well with little supervision and is comfortable wearing multiple hats. You'll report to the Business Development Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Find, prospect, nurture and qualify new leads through outbound prospecting via phone calls, LinkedIn, emails, and assorted campaigns
  • Identify and develop an in-depth understanding of each lead generation process, supporting marketing activities, prospect touch-points and the handoff to an Account Executive
  • Research prospects and their companies to empower the sales team before qualification meetings
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our product, process, and the market
  • Track and keep up-to-date all prospect information in Salesforce.com [1] 

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of sales development experience
  • Fluent French or German

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exceptional written and spoken communicator
  • Highly organized and autonomous
  • Comfortable and energized operating in a fast-moving organization
  • Entrepreneurial and self-motivational qualities
  • Intellectually curious and ambitious
