About the position

Keyfactor is looking for a Social Media/Communications Manager to create engaging marketing content that educates and delights our audience across Keyfactor's social media channels. You'll also manage Keyfactor's social media content calendar, and coordinate with other departments around product releases, campaigns, company announcements, and promotional priorities. This role is also responsible for managing and scaling our employee social media advocacy program using Oktopost. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, collaborator, organized and loves storytelling.


RESONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee editorial calendar, including prioritizing needs from internal stakeholders and balancing messaging requests
  • Coordinate with other departments around new releases and promotional priorities
  • Work with various teams to create platform-optimized posts for all Keyfactor-owned social channels
  • Collaborate with the Keyfactor Community team to align on social strategy spanning Community channels and Keyfactor channels
  • Own the evergreen content workstream on social, addressing needs from internal teams not prioritized in project and campaign work
  • Provide editorial social guidance and copy for internal campaign and project work
  • Monitor social space for trends and cultural moments important to Keyfactor & our target audience for potential real-time content opportunities
  • Collaborate with Senior Director of Content and Communications to continue refining brand voice and aligning on potential PR opportunities
  • Monitor performance across platforms, as well as competitive analyses, and iterate strategy accordingly.
  • Create monthly social analytics reports
  • Stay up-to-date on current and emerging functionalities for each social media platform, as well as industry trends
  • Own Keyfactor's social media advocacy program - create content for employees to share with their networks through Oktopost, monitor participation and metrics, provide training on Oktopost platform and social media best practices
  • Occasionally assist the Content and Communications team with writing and editing tasks to support marketing campaigns, including writing digital ad copy, emails, and blog posts as needed.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 5-7 years working in social media, preferably for a b2b tech company
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Working knowledge of paid and earned social media
  • Experience managing employee social media advocacy programs
  • Ability to write clearly and quickly, while adhering to Keyfactor's voice and tone
  • A collaborative spirit and experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, especially HR
  • Experience with social media management systems preferred (e.g., Oktopost)
  • A willingness to embrace change, feedback and to adapt strategies on the fly
  • Exceptional organizational and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with project management tools (ie Asana)
  • Experience managing multiple projects with varying timelines
  • Experience with photo and video editing software
  • Experience with social media analytics

COMPENSATION

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
