The Role: *

Reporting directly to the CEO, you are responsible for delivering new sales growth and revenue across all verticals. You will work closely with Client Success and other leaders to deliver on existing client cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

  • Deliver new sales revenue growth in accordance with the operating and strategic plans
  • Create and execute the strategy that delivers rapid and sustainable growth across identified industry verticals and client segments
  • Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing Sales team. Foster a high-performing, high-energy culture that emphasizes trust and collaboration
  • Establish and drive strategic account plans
  • Leverage data and reporting capabilities to provide constant visibility into progress against goals and revenue targets
  • Bring a POV on systems, processes and investments that should support the sales and go-to-market activities.
  • Achieve all other department objectives and business unit OKRs

The ideal candidate:

  • A proven track record of success leading Mid-Market and Enterprise B2B SAAS Sales within Fintech and TradFi
  • Deep direct experience participating and selling into Operations, Collections, Finance, and Risk functions within large enterprise organizations
  • A proven track record of efficiently closing large enterprise deals
  • Success building and leading high-performing teams in a hyper-growth environment
  • An understanding of SaaS sales
