Job Purpose: The Sales Admin will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks and processes within the Sales departments at Intoxalock, including various approval and compliance-related processes that contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the Sales organization.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage California paperwork process. Includes calling or faxing the MAU for approvals on California installs, then working with compliance and ops to ensure the correct paperwork is delivered the customer in a timely manner.
  • Manage Virginia TREDS approval process for entire Sales team, ensuring approvals are handled as expeditiously as possible, and submitting referrals as leads to be worked timely.
  • Manage Pennsylvania approval process for entire Sales team, ensuring approvals are handled as expeditiously as possible.
  • Manage New York process to reach out to customers by email and text to retrieve missing paperwork as needed.
  • Apply promotional ticklers for entire Sales team, including review of accounts to prevent duplicate application.
  • Review for approval of all other state paperwork and attach them to accounts, emailing agents and supervisors the findings.
  • Enter in mailed paper forms into the Quick Start site as needed, to ensure those leads are distributed correctly.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs and adaptability.
  • Ability to think analytically to identify qualitative or quantitative trends and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Effective problem solving/process improvement skills used to identify and resolve operational, customer-facing and/or employee relations problems.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10am-6:30pm CST, occasional Saturdays 1:30-3:30pm CST.
