Boxout is looking for a Senior Copywriter with a strong portfolio of innovative, high-impact marketing campaigns. You'll manage a team of writers as well as collaborate with designers, digital producers, campaign managers, and strategic marketing planners to create assets that engage clients and build the Boxout brand. If you excel at juggling multiple priorities at once, this opportunity may be for you.

As a Senior Copywriter, you will serve as the lead writer on a range of vendors, divisions, and clients, including health and wellness products around Professional Skincare, Medical, Chiropractic, Physical Therapy and Fitness. It’s crucial that you’re able to work within client objectives, brand guidelines, and product details while adding your own creative spin to each project. You’ll write content for across a wide range of business areas including award winning campaigns, sales activation initiatives, advertising, SEO content, executive communications, and other content that compels to act, so flexibility is a great trait.

Key Responsibilities

· Own the messaging strategy and execution for Boxout and its subsidiary companies

· Develop creative concepts, write, and edit engaging copy for campaign assets, including marketing collateral, infographics, web copy, social media, and email.

· Collaborate closely with the Design team to pair visual aids with written communications to build the most effective marketing materials

· Ensure all copy and content meets client objectives and aligns with the strategic approach

· Able to synthesize and communicate complex concepts in simple terms

· Effectively communicate brand messaging, customer journeys, and target marketing messaging strategies across the organization

· Self-starter and highly motivated; willingness to take ownership

· Creative, resourceful, flexible, and motivated

· Don't just write. Be a strategic advisor to the business and division stakeholders, helping to clarify business objectives, define key messages, and differentiate our brands and goals.

· Actively contribute to brainstorms and team discussions alongside Creative Directors, Marketing Managers, Vendors, Customers, and other team members

· Work with the Revenue Managers to create a content strategy and manage the process from end-to-end

· Stay up to date on health and wellness industries, marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices

· Ability to speak to different audiences, both B2B and B2C

· Work closely with e-commerce team creating product descriptions and enhanced content across all platforms

· Be an expert in Boxout’s content marketing strategy, brand guidelines, style guide, and content typology. Rigorously proofread and edit every piece of work to deliver the highest-quality deliverables.

Key Skills and Experience

· Four-year Bachelor's/University degree in Writing, English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications or related discipline

· 3-8 years of experience writing and producing a wide range of marketing communications assets.

· Experience in B2B, retail and health services industries preferred

· Managing experience is always welcome

· Wide range of writing skills – from executive ghostwriting to formal internal communications to creative advertising copy to SEO articles to presentation slide decks

· Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including preparation and delivery of presentation

· Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with coworkers, partners, and customers

· Direct response experience preferred

· Customer-focused, strategic mindset with the ability to under the customer journey and how to reach them most effectively

· Experience with research, specifically in discovering core values, messaging, and tone of voice

· Ability to multi-task with attention to detail, work independently but also collaborate with team, and prioritize effectively against deadlines
