We seek a talented individual for a savvy Content Manager to guide and develop the content creation process for our brand. As a content specialist, you will be required to research and define desired target audiences, manage the content creation and publishing process, and monitor consumer and content metrics.


To ensure success as a content specialist, you should show a keen eye for detail and be highly creative. A skilled content specialist should be an expert storyteller and possess excellent knowledge of content trends. You’ll work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing, dynamic technology and operational environment. The role demands the ability to prioritize and execute across multiple priorities, excellent interpersonal skills, a commitment to continuous improvement of your knowledge and skills, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our team and organization.


Content Manager Responsibilities:

  • Develop content strategies to effectively reach our desired target audiences and marketing goals.
  • Meet with the leaders, sales, and marketing teams to ideate and define content goals.
  • Research content, technology, and healthcare trends to ensure that content is relevant and appealing.
  • Hands-on experience creating and writing content for a variety of platforms.
  • Includes blogs, websites, social media, direct marketing campaigns, and print.
  • Take ownership for quality and accuracy.
  • Proofreading and editing content before publishing.
  • Establish standards based on style guides, compliance, voice and tone.
  • Ensure that SEO and SMO strategies are effectively implemented.
  • Manage content calendars and ensuring that the content remains consistent across all platforms.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and design teams to ensure the timely delivery of assignments.
  • Track engagement analytics and generating reports and presentations.
  • Stay up to date with content and healthcare trends and advancements in technology.


Content Manager Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in literature, journalism, marketing, communications, or similar.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in content creation, marketing, communications, or similar.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage content production lifecycle in a fast-paced working environment
  • The ability to stay well-informed of content and healthcare trends and advancements in technology.
  • Good knowledge of various content platforms such as social media, blogs, and print media.
  • Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress.
  • Strong understanding of content practices such as SEO, SMO, and PPC.
  • Experience with Google Ads.
  • Good knowledge of content and layout design tools such as Adobe InCopy and InDesign.
  • Excellent computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office
  • A portfolio of published work submitted with resume.

This position is based out of our Lewisville, TX headquarters; however, working remote from outside the area is perfectly acceptable. Up to 10% travel may be required for remote candidates.
