Simply put, Leadfeeder helps companies know more about their website visitors, which enables them to convert promising visitors into sales leads.
Currently, Leadfeeder is a buzzing remote international team of 80+ people and more than fifteen nationalities, and we are hiring many key people around the world to strengthen our rapid growth.
Your responsibilities as an Customer Onboarding Specialist
As a Customer Onboarding Specialist you will be responsible for training our client base primarily in the U.S. and Canada region.
You will reach out to new clients to offer them training through screen share and video chat. During the training, you will act as a coach and consultant to help them understand Leadfeeder's features and benefits, with the goal of making Leadfeeder an integral part of their marketing/sales stack and processes.
As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will be a part of the Customer Success Team with team members across the world. The goal of the team is to ensure growth through user adoption and this involves tracking metrics related to churn and other customer success measurements.
This is an exciting growth role with a lot of possibilities for development and learning. You will also have a direct impact on helping to improve our platform and services, together with our core teams in Customer Success, Sales, Marketing and Product Development. This is a remote position, but you will have opportunities to co-work with teammates in shared office space.
Requirements
- You are based in the US: in the Cleveland, OH or Chicago, IL area
- Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of relevant SaaS sales/marketing experience
- Experience with digital sales & marketing tools
- Great communication skills
- You're very organized
- Ability to move quickly from one client to the next
- Flexible, coachable and natural team work spirit
- Self-leadership to motivate yourself in a highly independent and remote work position (We use tools such as Slack and Zoom for transparency and communication, but you will also occasionally co-work with teammates in shared office space.)
- Fluency in English. French is a plus.
