Sales Representative 🔥
RR Donnelley is currently looking to add ambitious and driven sales representatives to its growing GO-Creative business unit!
The sales representative will be tasked with generating opportunities from new clients seeking Content and Creative Services, and/or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) solutions. In addition, they will cross-sell/ up-sell services to existing clients that they are assigned.

As part of your responsibilities, you will be performing some of the following tasks:
- Work in a team to execute business development efforts
- Generate leads, prospecting, and other sales management goals designed to build an optimal sales pipeline using Salesforce
- Develop strong, long-term relationships at the senior management level with target firms
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including initial contact, presentations, all the way through to the signing of the contract
- Respond to RFPs
- Work closely with the GO-Creative Pre-sales Team & Practice Team to ensure the proposed service offerings 100% meets customer’s needs and expectations
- Other tasks as assigned

Required Experience
- Bachelor’s experience in Sales & Marketing
- Or equivalent years experience in a similar role
- 1-2 years experience in a Business Development function preferred
- Understanding of the end-to-end process of solution sales, and ability to explain the value proposition
- Prior experience utilizing CRMs is nice to have
- Experience selling and communicating at the Executive level of a company is preferred
