Communications Manager 🔥

We are seeking a Communications Manager on a contract basis to help support our Customer’s business needs. The ideal candidate is an experienced comms manager and communicator who is confident in writing and drafting press pitches, newsroom posts, block posts, and creating external and internal comms plans. Action as a comms POC for a product as it comes to life.

What You’ll Do:
Help develop communications plans to support client payments-related product launches.
Draft supporting communications materials.
Keep an eye on the pulse of the media landscape to identify and surface proactive and reactive opportunities.
Assist with our client Pay Experiences communications efforts.

Must-Haves:
Experience in consumer payments communications.
Experience creating messaging materials.
Working collaboratively with cross-functional groups including Legal, Policy, Privacy, and Compliance.
Experience working with the media and in a deadline-driven environment.
Experience managing reactive communications.
Experience in-house on a comms team experience in the PR agency world.
Ability to multitask and turnaround deadlines.
PR and internal and external comms understanding.
Strong client collab.
Strong Writer and communicator.
Can take and increment feedback from teams worked with.
FIntech comms experience is a plus and overall must-have PR work.
Familiar with the creation of Press FAQ.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in communications or related field.

Hours & Location:
M-F, 40 hours/week. This role will be 100% Remote.
