C Shift Position

Job Summary:

Remote position requires candidate to have own computer equipment:

  • BYOD bring your own device requirement (computer, keyboard, mouse, headset)
  • Minimum internet speed requirement of 20 mbps dedicated to device
  • Must be connected with ethernet cable directly to router from computer

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Listen, interpret, and code call snippets into the system.
  • Provide voice to text translation of certain call snippets by capturing the text in the system.
  • Translate colloquialisms, common expressions, slang, and acronyms presented in the system as voice snippets to translate to text and feed back to the system.
  • Enter translated data by inputting alphanumeric information on the system form using keyboard and mouse combination in accordance to screen format.
  • Escalate potential inconsistencies or issues identified during voice to text translations of call data.

Minimum Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 2 years of experience
